The app is intended for information and self-tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical care. 5. Data and Privacy
Fokus Quit Smoking stores your data primarily in a local database on your device. We do not run a separate cloud backend for this app, and we do not store your personal data on our own servers. Your information stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to send content to a third-party service, such as the optional AI features powered by the OpenAI API.
When you enable AI features and trigger an AI request, only the minimum necessary text is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The handling of that content is governed by OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. For more details about data handling, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and Payments
Fokus Quit Smoking may offer both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions, where available, are managed through RevenueCat together with the Apple App Store / Google Play Store. Your payment information is processed by the respective app store and RevenueCat in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fokus App Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, health outcomes, or losses arising from the use of this application. You are responsible for your own health and lifestyle choices.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
